~ 220 m² rooms for rehearsals, music, sound studio, dancing classes, painting arts, workshops, etc., situated in a former storehouse.
~ 90 m² first floor of the house, which shares a wall with the storehouse.
WCs, washrooms, common space, hallways, patio.

CONSTRUCTION WORK

The main and most expensive part of the budget for creating T.R.A.P. is the construction work. We have rented the appropriate spaces for the duration of 5 years. They are placed on one of the most communicative spots in Sofia’s city center, reachable by subway and any other public transportation.

For T.R.A.P.’s construction work and for changing the function of the space, Trotoara Foundation is searching for support from building companies, specializing in the following areas:.

We have prepared the full project documentation for changing the real estate’s function, which consists of the following parts: Architecture, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVA), Water supply, Sewage and Piping (WSP), Electrical installation and so on. The project documentation comes with quantity calculations, installation plans and everything necessary for completion of the construction works.

For the finishing part of the project we will need switches, sockets, plugs, fasteners, strikes, window ledges, curtains, silicon and other obturating materials, simple building tools and materials. Below we have created a list with the basic materials and equipment, necessary for completion of the construction phase
